So I downloaded the app followed the instructions and it chimed the QR code then it said searching but then it never connected then it said let’s do it manually and still nothing. I tried to call but it takes me to settings and then it says I don’t have a camera connected so I can’t talk to someone. I tried to chat online but I can’t because I don’t have a subscription I tried to get one but can’t because I don’t have a camera connected to my account . Someone’s PLEASE HELP TIA.
