My Pro 3 floodlight was purchased five months ago and has been working flawlessly. I decided via Homekit to set up an automation so that when the Pro 3 Floodlight detected motion it would also trigger some homekit compatible spotlights to come on. This worked great EXCEPT that the Pro 3 floodlight no longer records video. I deleted the homekit automation as well as restarting and removing the Pro 3 Floodlight and it will not record when motion is detected. I get a notice on my iPhone of motion detected but no recording. Does Homekit automation break the Pro 3 Floodlight's ability to record?

I forgot to mention that I link to my VMB4000 hub and record locally. This has been flawless with my other Arlo cameras and up to the homekit automation the Spotlight camera as well.

Never mind I found the answer which had nothing to do with automation.
