My pro three floodlight constantly alarms. If I leave the camera turned on, it will have alarmed at least 120 times within the hour and when I review the video log, there is no motion in the videos that would’ve caused or should have caused an alarm. Any suggestions my friends? I have set the sensitivity to almost 0 and it still alarms.

Where are you setting this? Many folks mistakenly think the setting is in the motion detection test - it's not there, you need to change it in the rules.
Also, check the rules and make sure audio detection is not enabled.

I’ve looked and looked on the app and cannot find where I can adjust the sensitivity in the rules. How do I enter the rules mode? Thanks!

There's a mode control at the bottom of the app (and at the top of my.arlo.com).
