Hi

any tips on setting up a reminder to charge the battery, it has run flat on several occasions, and I missed fact that battery charge level was low…

The battery icon on Dashboard and Devices for each camera turns red when starting to run low. All you have to do is look at it and take action.

Yes but I am not always looking at it, what I need is notification alert.

You should get an email when the battery drops below 15%. However, whenever opening the app the various cameras always show the battery icon  so a slight change in how you use the app helps mitigate the issue.

You could also schedule recharging using your phone's calendar - perhaps every month (depending on how quickly it typically needs charging).

Hello! A simple way to set up a reminder is to use your phone's built-in "low battery" notifications and automate a daily reminder for a specific time (e.g., 8 PM) to check or plug in your device. Alternatively, use a smart assistant (like Google Assistant or Alexa) to set a recurring daily voice reminder like "Charge the device battery."
