Hi everyone - Unboxed my new pro 3 floodlight to set up yesterday. Everything went well, camera connected after QR code accepted then during the step for firmware, an error message appears "Firmware Status Could Not Be Checked" then camera is offline, not able to the manual firmware update either. Camera is shown on my wifi network and is fully charged. Any help would be appreciated as the customer contact number in the UK cuts off after 5 mins on hold!
Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and then perform the reset procedure listed in the FAQ here. Basically, hold the sync button until the LED flashes amber (>10 seconds). Let the camera reboot and try again.
