New Floodlight keeps disappearing off my Arlo app-Cannot see any activity

I just purchased the floodlight and it worked perfectly for the first few nights then POOF....it disappeared off my app.  I synced it again this afternoon with my phone app and just looked on my phone and POOF!  It's gone again.  WTW?  I'm not even sure what to do at this point, but going out and re-syncing it every day doesn't help my social life.  Please advise!
