Need to replace Arlo Products purchased in 2019

This post is for Arlo Support, as there was no available email or other contact method that I could find. I have issues with aging Arlo products purchased in 2019 and I want to return them all for a store credit and use that credit in purchasing an entirely new Arlo security system with monitoring services. I have a total of 5 Arlo Pro cameras, 1 base station, 1 smarthub, and 1 Floodlight Camera. I would like to speak directly with a sales rep that can help with this request.

There's no direct contact with sales but you can use the app to go to Settings, Support to choose your camera. If you have a subscription of any sort you can scroll to Contacts and talk to official support (as opposed to sales). Since many purchases are from authorized dealers such as Best Buy, you could also go talk to them.
You should know that Arlo does not offer trade-ins of any sort. You can remove the old devices from your account and sell them but that's it.
As for the desire to upgrade, I would first consider whether that upgrade produces a useful overall experience if the current devices are working as desired. Going for the latest new shiny thing may not produce the overall results you intend.
