Both of my two floodlights constantly going off or become disabled. I can re-enable them but they go off within a 24 hour period every time.

That could be a connection issue being signal strength and/or quality. How are they connected - WiFi or to a hub?

They are both connected to a hub - I have had one of the floodlights for 2+ years (since original release) and it never had this problem until a recently. Both are connected to solar panels for power supply.

There was a firmware release Aug. 15 - did the problem start immediately after that? Have you rebooted the hub to see if that helps? If it doesn't, I'd try removing one floodlight and add it back to see what happens.

I have not tried either one of those, but removing and reconnecting was going to be my next step. Thanks. I will try to hub reboot first.

Have you tried to reset the floodlight?
To factory reset an Arlo wireless floodlight, you can press and hold the Sync button on the camera for about 15 seconds until the LED blinks amber rapidly:
- Press and hold the Sync button for about 15 seconds
- Release the button when the LED blinks amber rapidly
- The factory reset may take 15 to 45 seconds to complete

I have not tried the factory reset, but will. Does this require the cameras to be reconnected to the hub? I did remove the cameras and "reinstall" them to the hub and that did not solve the problem.

You would just reset the floodlight and then re-add it to the hub.

After reseting the camera to factory setting based on the above comment and reconnecting the camera it is till having the same error. The camera only stays connected for barely 12 hours.
