FIrst, can you confirm that this is the Floodlight camera? If not, what is the model?
Also
- Do you have other cameras of this model?
- How are you charging it? Solar panels, indoor charger, outdoor charger???
- Have you tried a different charger and a different cable?

Not a floodlight, but a camera with a spotlight. Various Arlo cameras charge differently, so knowing the model is important.
The only Arlo floodlight camera looks like this:
If you've already tried multiple chargers and cables, then it's likely that the camera has failed. There's not much you can do with the Essential, because the battery is fully sealed, and not removable.
Check if the camera is still covered by the warranty - in most places that is 12 months. If you have Secure Plus in Europe, the warranty is 2 years.
