Local storage library not accessible

I had a free trial to the arlo subscription and since it expired I can’t see any recordings in my library even though I have local storage setup to record to a hard drive connected to my Basestation. The local recording worked before the free trial. The app also has a badge of 330 unread notifications which I cannot clear.

Try restarting the base, and see if that helps.
Arlo pushed a firmware update last weekend for this issue - you can see the current firmware for your base here:
See if you have that version (after restarting the base, as that might install the new firmware).
