Floodlight Camera Malfunctioning

My Arlo Floodlight Camera has been malfunctioning. After more than a year of working, suddenly it (1) says it is offline, (2) will not shutdown when I try with either my app or through the website.
I have tried restarting and resetting. I have entirely reinstalled.
I wanted to call Arlo to have someone help me with this, but cannot find a number anywhere. Worse? I tried the chat feature and after it said it connected me, I never got a reply. I literally have screenshots of me saying "hello?" and "anyone there?" showing that the chat option never responded.
I feel stuck and angry that I cannot get help with a product that is malfunctioning.

Do you have a subscription? If you do, you should see a phone support option in the support area of the app.
Don't try to google a number - that path will lead you to a scam support site.
