Issue just started today. Sometimes during Live View the Arlo Pro 3, a loud interference type audio is heard. I tried changing setting, restarting the camera, reinstalling the app and finally removing the camera and reinstalling it again to no avail. It still does the same thing. Oddly enough, I’ve also noticed that upon checking Live View over the past couple days, I see that the camera icon is bright yellow as if it’s recording but no video is saved. It will record for about 20 seconds or so. I don’t actually think anything set it off to record. When confirmed actual motion, person or animal does set it off, It records properly with regular audio and no interference sounds. Please note, I don’t have any alerts set to go off for audio or  have the speaker set to on. If I record the video manually during live mode when this occurs, I found that the interference sounding audio isn’t heard or recorded. Normal audio is heard.

I do have the Arlo power cable attached to unit and the same thing happens while running on battery alone or powered by the cord. This is very strange. I’d like to find out what is going on.

Thanks! I haven’t reached out. The issue hasn’t happened the past few days and I noticed there was a firmware update. Not sure if that helped. I only have another month on the warranty so if it starts again soon, I’ll make the call.
