Probably too late now, but the easiest path is to set up the new router to use the same network name and password that the old router used.
You could try that idea first. If it fails, try
- removing the camera from the account (if not done already)
- fully charging the camera
- do a hardware reset by removing the camera from the housing, holding down the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds)
- add the camera back
