Floodlight will not stop illuminating

My floodlight won't turn off! I clicked the slider to turn it off and it comes back in right away. I pulled the battery, removed it, then reinstalled, and it still won't turn off!!! Help!!

Did you try the hardware reset?  

• remove the camera from the account
• remove the housing and press the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds)
• add it back to your account
