we have a floodlight camera installed on a deck post.  There is an outlet on the post, and we are using an Arlo charging cable.  It charged initially, but then stopped charging for no apparent reason.  We have a timer for outside lights plugged into the same outlet, and those always work.  We tried another Arlo cable, and that didn’t work either.  It will intermittently charge, but right now, it has stopped charging.  We have used this camera at another property, and never had an issue charging.  We have tested the outlet, and it has power.  Have you had this issue, and if so, what is the solution?

Try cleaning both sides of the magnetic connection with a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol. When reconnecting the cable, try getting it to move around as much as possible (very little).
