- I have a few Arlo Pro 3 floodlights and they are hardwired. They are being charged using an outdoor magnetic charging cable (25 foot)
I have 2 that are on and being charged. Then my other two doesn’t show that it is charging. Why do they not charging? Does have to do with the cable ((8 foot and 25 foot one)

The outdoor Arlo charger delivers 9 volts, the indoor Arlo charger delivers 5 volts. When you are hardwiring the floodlight, you need the 9 volts.
