I did some maintenance on my floodlight today, but when I tried to put it back into the housing it won’t lock. I tried the chat feature to answer this, and it didn’t even register what was asking. What do I do besides never purchase another Arlo product ever ? If I take the housing unit down I won’t be able to put it back it will strip the holes.

Sometimes you do need to push it pretty hard to get it to lock into place.
Get some silicone grease, and put a small amount on the o-ring - that should help.

Using the silicone grease did the trick! It worked the first time I tried. Thank you!
