We have the Arlo 3 floodlight, plugged into power using the Arlo outdoor charging cable. Since attaching the cable, it now takes 10 seconds for the floodlight to trigger. The recording starts immediately, so the first 10 seconds of recording uses night vision (in the dark). Is this normal? We checked the mode, and it is set to trigger when motion is detected.

My floodlight is currently not on AC power but regardless the floodlight would turn on within a second or two of the start of the recording. 10 seconds is extreme. Try removing and reconnecting/resyncing the camera to reset it.
