Flood light camera won’t record

I have a subscription service and since the beginning my floodlight won’t record. I’ve reset it, plugged it in, etc. help!

Since it never recorded do you have it set to "record video"  in the rules for the cam?

What are modes and rules and how does Arlo use them?
