Each night, sometime around midnight, my Arlo pro three flood light turns off as if I turned it off manually in the app. Every morning, I have to go into the app and manually turn the flood light on. Is this a known bug and how do I fix the problem?

Do you mean they are Disarmed or that the floodlight itself is disabled? Are you using schedules and have checked them for proper settings?

If I go to device settings in the app, it shows that the device is off even tho I didn't turn it off. I have no schedules set up. In addition, it doesn't flag motion unless a subject is close.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and select your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support says.

They said to factory reset the device.

Factory reset did not work. It has turned off twice since the reset.

Unfortunately support still hasn't identified the problem. Did factory reset fix your issue?

Are you still seeing this same behavior? Are you talking about the light turns off or the whole device? And is there any other device that this is happening to?

It appears that Smartthings may be causing some of this behavior. Can you double check what automations are set up for this camera in Smartthings?

Automations can be found in the Routines tab of the SmartThings app, and are divided into Manually run routines and Automatic routines. Rules are represented as Automatic routines in the app.

Account data access was not turned on. Are you suggesting that I turn it on?
