What's the story with your UK distributor, Exertis? They delivered me the wrong items and no matter how many times I email their support they will not get back in touch? Like your gear Arlo, but your UK partner is diabolical!

Did you make a purchase through a third party or through arlo.com? If you made the purchase through a third party, I encourage you to reach out to them to find a resolution for this issue.

The purchase was made through the Arlo website. Apparently, this is run by a Uk distributor called Exertis.
Still no response from them a week on.
