I dropped Pro 3 floodlight from 10’ ladder. A small black piece popped off that covered electrical connection. I snapped it in place. The floodlight operates but the picture is a little blurry.
Any suggestions?

After making sure the lens is clean, it may be that the lens or sensor has moved slightly causing this. I don't know if you can get a replacement but it may be worth trying. Use the app to go to Settings, Support. Select the camera and scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
