How do I get a hold of someone for a new mounting plate?

Greetings,  I have had my arlo 3 floodlight sitting on my desk for a year.  I finally have time to put it up and I found there is no mounting plate.  I looked in the accessories area and there is no sku for a new mounting plate.  I then tried to find a way to reach Arlo support which seems non existent for issues like this.  Does anyone know how to get a hold of a representative to see if I can have them send me out a new mounting plate or pay for a new one?
