Hi , charging my new Pro 3 Floodlight Camera . The issue is that it won’t tell me exact charge percentage until I remove charger plug and plug it back in. Is this common or Ami doing something wrong

This issue has percolated for a long time. It may depend on your phone OS, the version of the app or the phase of the moon. Use of the web client (my.arlo.com) should show the percentage when the cursor hovers over the icon. Force closing the app and restarting it may or may not help.
Or just be patient for the ~6-7 hours it takes to charge that large battery and let the blue LED on the camera light up when the battery is charged (assuming you didn't disable that)...

I get the same issue and cant get past 86% charge for both batteries (1 spare)..

Let's have you try to force close the app and restarting it.
