My floodlight just randomly went offline so I removed it from the app and now am trying to get it reconnected, but nothing I do will get it to reconnect. Arlo documentation sucks and this seems to be a common issue but so far nothing is working.
I currently have it plugged in using the micro USB charger, I can't use the cable connected to the case because it's mounted outside, and that cable was $50 so I'm not buying another, (Thank you Arlo for making this only charge with a proprietary cable).
I've tried adding from the app a ton of times, tried pressing the sync button on both the floodlight and base station but it still never shows up in the app to be able to add it. No idea what else I can do with this thing.
Also, I can't seem to open a case directly with Arlo, did they remove all support?

No, though not sure how good their coverage is over the holiday break. Do you have a subscription?

You might try using a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com). Sometimes adding a device works there when it fails using the app.
You could also try a reset of the camera.
