Can I turn off the Arlo Pro 3 floodlight lights ?

When I am am at my beach home I want to keep camera active but not lights … can I disable the lights with you turning off the device ?

Yes. This is done in the mode that controls the camera - there is a checkbox for whether the light turns on (or not) when motion is detected.
