It’s been a month with no response my problem is escalated but I’m just getting nothing back. I have CVR drop outs. I’m paying a subscription and at crucial moments my cameras drop from the hub. Trust me I’ve been through so much with tech. However now I’m getting no response and just being ignored.
now to add insult to injury one of my floodlight cameras won’t connect to the app. This is piss poor from Arlo tempted to jump ship now
