Absolutely disgusting this app.I m trying for hours to get in touch with someone so I can cancel that useless subscription. I cannot do it from the app cuz the managing button for that is the only one that doesn't work
No contact number no any email so you can talk with someone just that useless robot
If anyone has any phone number or email please post it below so I can cancel it
Really don't want to go to the bank to remove them from my card

Have you tried cancelling it from a web browser on my.arlo.com? You will log in, click on the arrow up top by the house, then click on my Arlo account and cancel is at the bottom. Please let me know if that works for you.

2-step authentication isn't working to verify to log in. Could chat yesterday but cannot chat today. Have an open case but no replies to what I have submitted in reference. Been trying to cancel our subscription for 2 years now
