The unit used to charge just fine. Now it’s not charging at all. I have tried cleaning, pushing harder, and pouting. Please help.

What do you see when attempting to charge? The battery icon should show a lightning bolt through it. Also, the case has to be fully closed if using the outdoor magnetic charger but the supplied microUSB cable which is used for indoor charging may be damaged. Have you tried another cable and charger?

I have tried other charging cables and blocks. They charge other devices just not Arlo. I have pushed, and cleaned. Nothing. 😭 Maybe I need to bite the bullet and purchase a new battery. But shouldn’t they last longer than 3 years?

Generally, yes, the batteries should last longer but...
When the charger is connected what does the battery icon show? If no lightning bolt through the battery, the camera isn't detecting the charger. That doesn't matter if the battery is installed or not.
