Arlo floodlight notifications when disabled

Hi guys,

A few weeks ago my Arlo floodlight started sending unsolicited motion notifications on 2 phones after 6pm daily even though it was only set up to send smart notifications when a person was detected . All other cameras are ok.

Have tried the following to no avail:
-Rebooting base station and floodlight
- remove camera from smart notifications and disabled push notifications.
-Changed to custom mode

After trying all of these things I am still getting these notifications come through even when notifications are completely disabled from that camera.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Maybe try a factory reset.

I have the same issue, as soon as it gets dark enough for the floodlight to turn on, I get notifications even though the push notifications are turned off….very annoying as I live on a busy street

Still happening for me, only after 6pm which is odd. Haven’t been able to work it out.

Try toggling the push notifications off/on/off again to see if that helps.
