Arlo camera 3 and floodlight

Help! My camera works fine with notification too.  

But the floodlight does not activate with the same motions that alert me and the camera.  When I activate the floodlight button, it does light up.  But not when motion is detected by the camera.

It sounds like a settings problem.

Do you see "Library" in your app menu?  Or do you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard"?
