Firmware 1.080.25.1_32_e230cb8 Hardware: FB1001AerH6
I have 3 flood light at home. One of those has the problem. It seems like it can detect the people and turn on the flood light. However, there is no capture in the cloud. I have the subscription and it is connected to the wifi of my home router. I can view the real time streaming. I also use the position detect tools. It works fine. It is just not recording.

Can you make (and view) a manual recording?
Have you tried removing and reinserting the battery?

That confirms there is no problem with the subscription.

It is odd that the camera will livestream, manually record, give you people notifications, but not record them.
Though painful, one thing you could try is a factory reset. https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera
