When we first got the camera 2 years ago it would last 25 days or so. And then about 6 months ago it suddenly would last 1 day. We purchased a second Arlo Pro 3 XL battery and that also only lasts a day when in the floodlight. Any thoughts?

Potential causes of power drain are

  1. frequent lost wifi connections
  2. lots of video streaming from the camera
  3. heavy use of the floodlight

I suggest looking at (2) first.  Remove any activity zones, and  then look at the number of minutes of recording you are getting each day.

Some users have reported excessive power drain when their cameras are connected to solar panels.  So if you do have a solar panel connected, maybe also disconnect it as a test.
