After a windy night, optical focus of my cam misaligned to the upper left, which supposed to be a fixed part of the cam.  Anyone has a similar experience?

AI or not, it doesn't matter much, and you're right, if it's an optical issue in the unlikely event it will be bad luck.  The issue is sorted out by a factory reset, case closed.  Thanks!

Thanks for your advice, the mounting and physical position remain intact.  As the cam has warranty expired I will figure out the cost of service first, in addition to what you suggested, another possibility is image processing hardware failed.

Unfortunately, that "advice" you responded to was AI-generated.

I suspect it's not a focus issue but the view is now zoomed in to one section of the view. Check the camera settings under Video Settings to see if the view is not of the full view in there. You can pinch zoom to reset it.

If it's truly an optical problem, your only choice is a new camera since none of these cameras are repairable (like most every electronic device out there).
