I bought two Arlo Pro 3 Floodlights. Setup of of the first one was a breeze. The second flood light does not recognize the QR Code during setup.
I went through the arlo trouble shooting list for this problem front to back, back to front, and sidewise. Changed brightness of screen, used non-dark mode, different angles, different lighting, different devices to read the QR code from.... Same result.
Resetting to factory default is not working either. Pressing the sync button for 15 seconds mainly results in no response. I got a amber flash once but then the floodlight continued to blink blue every 5 seconds or so.
I am utterly frustrated. Any pointer would be great.

The reset may need >15 seconds but not by much. Try 30 seconds. If nothing, I'd swap at the store for the fastest resolution.
