Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight camera just died one day

I have an Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight camera that has been working well.  It is placed outdoor with a solar panel charger.  However, just as it gets into year 2 and out of warranty, it just died one day.  I tried new battery, charging it directly, no lights show up, no blinking blue or orange light.

Arlo tech support has shown itself to be all the cliched and worst example of horrible service and why good companies go bad.  They knew less what this community can do.  When they gave me a coupon code to buy another, it only works if I check out as a Guest instead of an existing customer.  It's cheaper and easier to buy the cameras from their cameras from Amazon than it is directly from Arlo.

Like to try one more time if anyone has experienced a camera just died on them one day.  No blinking lights showing up after pressing the sync button or after direct charging or after new battery.  Has anyone had any luck figuring out what's going on?
