I have an Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight (FB1001). When motion triggers the camera and floodlight to turn on, the light comes on but is very dim...looks to be at the lowest 5% level. I don't know when exactly this started but it seems to be within the last month or two. I know it used to go to what I have it set to which is at 70-80%. I can intervene while it's recording, just touching the brightness slider in the iOS app and it will get brighter. When manually turning on the floodlight in the app, it will turn on at the brighness I select. Here's what I've tried for troubleshooting with no change.
-Tried all combinations of camera settings in the app that can be changed
-Tested it with and without the outdoor AC power cord (I typically always have it connected)
-Tested it inside near my Arlo base station
-Power cycled the camera (remove battery, wait a minute, re-installed)
-Power cycled the hub
-Removed the camera from my system and added it back
Camera Firmware: 1.080.30.3_42_3516c1d (camera info says "no updates available"), Hardware: H6.
It's connected to my Arlo Base Station: VMB4000r3, Base Firmware: 1.26.0.0_4712_12a0681
Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
Is anyone else having the same experience or insight?
Does Arlo staff monitor these messages where they will try & help me?

Hello I have a quick update, your Floodlight will be moved to an experimental build. It will be updated to 1.080.31.88 version by tomorrow, this should resolve the behavior you are seeing.

My Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight has started showing the same issue (one side is dimmer than the other, in my case the right side). My floodlight is plugged in and running FW 1.080.31.0_27_aac10aa
When can we expect a firmware update for everyone? If there is no ETA please add my account for the same experimental build.

Update - I took a picture tonight where the right side was less bright (not "very dim", but less bright than the left side). As I was adjusting to take another picture the floodlight went off, then turned back on again because of my motion in front of it. This time both sides were fully bright.
The only difference I can think of is the first time the floodlight turned on due to an IFTTT rule I have for my backyard sliding door that also turns on the floodlight via SmartThings. The second time the floodlight detected the motion and turned itself off. Is it possible there is a FW bug where remote control of the floodlight could cause the right side to not be 3000 lumens (for plugged in) and instead turn it on to the maximum battery brightness?

I checked it tonight and still see the dim light on the right side, but sometimes it is correct. I am running FW 1.080.32.0_29_dd7f172.
I made the floodlight turn on 3 times. 2 of the 3 times the right side was dim:
- Turned on via IFTTT - Right side dim
- Turned on via detected motion (I walked in front of it after it turned off) - Right side dim
- Turned on via app - Right side full strength
right side dim
right side full strength (correct)

My Arlo Pro3 Floodlight is also on firmware 1.080.32.0_29_dd7f172 and the right side of the light is dimmer. Will Arlo be pushing out a fix or this needs to be corrected one device at a time. Thanks.

My floodlight is running FW 1.080.31.88_3_591a023 and the issue seems to be fixed. I turned my floodlight on manually, via motion sensing, and via my IFTTT rule but I could not reproduce the dim side anymore. Thanks!
