Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Cam

I have an Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight (FB1001).  I am using an Arlo Outdoor Magnetic charging cable (VMA5601C-100NAS) to charge the camera while it is mounted.  I have tried a few different outlets which I know work, but this is my second outdoor magnetic charging cable which still doesn't work.  I can take the camera down and charge it inside the house using the USB charging.  How do I fix the cam so it will charge using the magnetic outdoor charging cable?

I've had to clean the contacts on both the camera and cable a couple of times to get a good connection. It's odd that you can use the indoor charger but not the outdoor one but try the cleaning and also wiggle the connector as much as possible to see if any of that helps.
