Hi all

Anyone have a solution to the library in the app showing "no recordings" ?

 

I get the notification to say someone is at my door but then I can't view it. It's not recording it.

 

It is only showing me a live view when I go into the app.

I have tried the following to sort it

-re-installed the app

-logged out and back in

-checked that I have an active subscription 

 

Still can't get the app to show recordings.

 

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Are you using the primary account?  Or are you using a friend account?

I'm using the primary account. Same camera and account I have been using for the past 2 years. 

First time this has ever happened and I changed nothing.

The first thing to test is whether you can make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera.

 

Then check if you see that recording in the library.  If you don't, then likely you accidentally set the filter on the library and forgot to change it back.

I am getting the following message now on the camera.

Doesn't make sense as it's a battery camera and has an active subscription

The message suggests that the system doesn't think the camera is in a subscription plan.  

 

So double-check the subscription status.  If the camera is showing up in your subscription plan, then I suggest contacting Arlo Support using the phone option (look in the support center of the app for it).
