I just noticed that one of my floodlights is connected to my wifi and not the hub. I have already had it installed on the house. Can I remove it on the app and add it back in without having the camera off of the house to make it connect to the hub?

When removing the device through the Arlo app you should be able to find it in App during the same time frame when removed. If it can not locate the device, you will have to manually reboot/sync it.
