ARLO SPOTLIGHT - Faulty charging

Do not buy ARLO if you are looking into a camera that lasts more than 18 months. 

My spotlight camera died, I bought a new battery and its the actual camera that is faulty. ARLO wont refund as its only 18 months old.

So now I am with EUFY so much better and the support is awesome.

Lorenzo from Arlo has said that he is sorry that I feel this way and he will in future try to improve his communication however they wont provide me with a replacement

We purchased 3 other cameras - all ended up faulty but within the 12 months and managed to get a refund and buy a EUFY

STAY AWAY FROM ARLO

I apologize for the poor experience. What did you experience with the other 3 cameras that suggested they were faulty?
