Hello Arlo community,

 

I've had my Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight for a while now, got it paired up with the outdoor magnetic charging cable, I had the option to have the Floodlight go to 3000 lumens but after switching to a new router and re-connecting my Arlo devices, the light setting I'm unable to get it to the 3000 lumens. As shown in the attached photo, it just stays at 100 percent but before it used to show as 110 percent when it was connected with the cable, now it does not, i've tried re-connecting the cable and was hoping for it to show but it never did, does anyone have any idea why it's not able to get the 3000 lumens option?

I'm wondering if the outdoor cable has failed.  Does the camera show the charging icon?

Camera shows the charging icon and has been at 100%.

What charging cable are you using? Is it an official Arlo branded charger?

Hi James,

Yes it is an official Arlo magnetic charging cable that I purchased alongside the Pro 3 Floodlight at Best Buy.
