vmb4000 and 4540 not showing clips on my android anymore

I have arlo pro 2 cams along with 2 Arlo pro 3 floodlights. They required a subscription to view clips from my phone. I did that for a big but got tired of paying, although a small fee, why am I having to pay when I can record at home?

However, they told me if I upgraded my base unit vmb4000 to a vmb4540 i would be able to view local clips on my phone from work. They forgot to mention to setup port forwarding. So I did that and everything has been working great. Today, 1/30/23 one of the floodlights will not show me clips again. 

I have to say, I have no clue what is wrong and at the END OF THE DAY, THE LAST THING I/WE SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT IS SCREWING AROUND WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM THAT "IS SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING US". So.....when i get off work I will have to uninstall the app, the cam and do the port forwarding all over again because NO ONE at Arlo can tell me what is wrong AGAIN. 

They are always nice, however this having to troubleshoot so many dumb things is just out of control. I would tell people to steer clear and get another brand. This one is just too wishy washy.

You may need to set up local storage again. Make sure you're setting up using the following instructions:
