system has no record of event - CVR

I am done with Arlo. I had a firework launched at my house last night and the system has no record of it on the most important camera. The motion didn't activate as I guess it uses the PIR, but the CVR should have the evidence the police are requesting. I tried playing it back on my Android device, my laptop (Firefox and Chrome) and firstly it took me ages to work out it was 35 minutes out of sync, and secondly if you add that to the time the firework was launched the CVR player just keeps skipping to a time well ahead, so I guess it didn't even record.

I'll be putting my system on ebay and getting a reliable security system. Very disappointing.
