not able to connect my camera to the base station

I am not able to connect my camera to the base station. Would you please help me to set up the camera? Thanks you!

Are you using the app to try syncing? That's required for the newer cameras. Any error messages? Exactly what process are you using to attempt the syncing?

That's required for the newer cameras. What about my old camera? Is no longer to use it? I really need help to set up my camera. I would be appreciated.

Older cameras sync fine with and without the app - I do it all the time. However, you haven't given us any details to work with. What have you tried and what do you see? LED flashes and colors are important as well as exact descriptions of your attempted process.
