logged in from another device?

I have a strong password, two step verification enabled, and my phone is the only trusted device. Why would I get the message that I have been logged out because I was signed in on another device? Should I be concerned? Thank you

if your putting the app in background, sometimes it can cause issues... have seen this before myself and dont worry about it
