I'm trying to figure out what camera I have. I have the serial number but no product number and am off site, so can't inspect the camera. Serial number is A481097EA0523. It calls the hardware "h2" which doesn't mean anything to me. Don't understand why Arlo can't make this easier by just including the info in your profile page.

Go into the support area of the app, and select the camera. Then scroll down to the product id field.
