Replaced iPhone 10’s, same phone. App won’t launch on the new phone. I’ve erased and relaunched, it starts to load then crashes.

Had an iPhone 10s break, replaced it at Apple. She. I went to sing into all my apps. The Arlo won’t fully launch. It’s the only app I’m having trouble with on the new phone..

This is a weird one, I have tested with iOS 13.3 & the latest Arlo app & I can not replicate this. I have not seen any related reports of the issue as well. I am leading to believe there is some setting on the phone related to the app causing some type of issue.
How much available storage space do you have on your phone? To check the available memory of your iPhone, simply go to Settings-> General-> iPhone storage menu.
