Pro2 base station, VMB4000r3, firmware: 1.26.1.0_4718_d6465a7
when I select a full screen view of any of the cameras, it displays in portrait layout, then rotates to landscape which is how I am viewing the image. It is an accurate view but the sudden rotation has just started happening and it is very disturbing. Previously it did not rotate; it was in landscape and stayed that way during all of the viewing. Perhaps from a software modification?

Hi @KKS-Col
Can you provide more detail regarding the symptom you are experiencing? Can you provide the steps to replicate this?
Also is this on android or iOS?
Phone or tablet?
Which version of the Arlo app are you using?

I’m using:
iPad Pro 13” (M4), iOS version 18.3.2
Arlo app version 5.7.5(9227), dated 4/10/2025
I am using landscape on the tablet.
View is “devices”
select an image to view/connect live .
screen enlarges, rotates to portrait which makes it a sideways view, then adjusts to landscape which is the way I am holding it to see the camera image.
when I select “stop” to exit the live image, it again rotates to portrait (seeing a sideways view), then rotates back to landscape and is closed.
The rotation only occurs when attempting to view a camera live view.
It appears the software is expecting the tablet to be held in a portrait position rather than landscape. This only began recently. It is not a serious issue, just a bit disconcerting.
thanks,
Karen

Thanks Arlo support! Confirmed the issue has been resolved. Opening and exiting the enlarged live views in devices now works smoothly without the extra rotations, from both landscape and portrait orientations on the iPad.
