I have 2 Arlo Pro 2 cameras. One is inside and the other outside and both are hardwired. They are connected to a VMB4000 base station with a USB drive and I do not have a subscription. This has been a great system for a number of years and I really don't have a need to update. When I updated to the latest Arlo rev on my iPad I could no longer see my Feed, though I can still see them on my iPhone. The message I get on my iPad is--Get a plan to view video recordings and more. See a 30-day feed of recorded videos, mode changes, and other events with a plan. How do I get back to being able to see Feeds on my iPad? Thanks in advance for the assist

Is the iPad using the same Arlo Account? Or is it set up to use a "Friend" account?

Yes, same Arlo account. Additionally, I do get a notice on the iPad when there is an event that triggers the camera, though I can't view it. Hopefully you have a solution. Thanks for the response.

Is the iPad running iOS 15 or later?
Assumng it is, then the first thing I would try is uninstalling the app on the iPad and then reinstalling it.

Can you uninstall and then reinstall the Arlo app from the Ipad and see if the library appears?

I uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. Same message in Feed with the rest of the screen grayed out.
